Full Time Senior Purchasing Executive / Buyer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Selangor - Maukerja

3–5 years of purchasing experience within manufacturing or engineering project-based environments.

Good knowledge of purchasing and material planning.

Good negotiation, supplier management and cost analysis skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Experience with AutoCount / MRP system is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle pressure.

Manage purchasing activities from RFQ, quotation, negotiation, PO and delivery follow-up.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality and supply issues.

Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, QC and Finance on material requirements.

Monitor material shortages and support inventory and production planning.

Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Ensure purchasing activities follow company SOPs, policies, ISO and compliance requirements.

Support new projects with BOM review, material sourcing, samples and supplier coordination.

Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of supplier and company information.
