Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Functional Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service to join our team.

Experience: 8–11 Years

Role: Senior Functional Consultant / Functional Lead

Primary Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering and process discovery workshops

• Analyze current processes and design future-state processes using Dynamics 365

• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365 capabilities

• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria

• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents and test scenarios

• Conduct solution walkthroughs and demonstrations with business stakeholders

• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations

• Lead functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, training and deployment activities

• Support go-live, hypercare and post-production stabilization

• Independently manage functional workstreams and stakeholder communication

Dynamics 365 Sales Expertise

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Expertise

Required Experience

• 8–11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting

• Strong hands-on implementation experience in D365 Sales & Customer Service

• End-to-end implementation experience across Sales and Customer Service processes

• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis and Fit-Gap experience

• Experience with D365 configuration and functional solution design

• Strong UAT, testing, training and deployment experience

• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Ability to independently lead Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service functional workstreams

• Strong communication, documentation, analytical and presentation skills
