Full Time Sales Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Lemon Living Selangor - Maukerja

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers and conducting site visits.

• Able to handle leads independently and follow up until completion.

• Responsible, proactive and results-oriented.

• Able to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.

• Willing to travel for site inspections when required.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Commission: Available upon achieving KPI / sales targets

• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.

• Contact customers to understand their cleaning requirements.

• Arrange and conduct site inspections when required.

• Prepare and provide quotations based on site conditions and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the Site Manager / Operation Team to arrange schedules and services.

• Update and follow up on customer payment status.

• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, sales and customer follow-ups.

• Follow up with customers to ensure good service experience and potential repeat business.

• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
