Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and exceptional customer service to local and international clientele.

• Introduce and recommend luxury timepieces based on customers' preferences and lifestyles.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Develop strong product knowledge of luxury watches, craftsmanship and brand heritage.

• Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising and inventory standards.

• Assist with daily boutique operations and after-sales enquiries.

Who We're Looking For

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, watches, jewellery or fashion.

• Passion for luxury watches and premium customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-presented, service-oriented and sales-driven.

• Ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
