Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chats and face-to-face interactions.
• Attend to customer requests, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide guidance on products, services, account-related matters and general enquiries.
• Perform outbound follow-ups to obtain information and provide updates on outstanding requests.
• Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex enquiries and complaints to the relevant teams or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support other administrative duties as assigned.
