About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Operations Senior Executive to join our HQ team and support the smooth, efficient and consistent operation of our nationwide retail outlets.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised, numbers-oriented and strong in follow-up, with the ability to work closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and various HQ departments.

You will be responsible for monitoring daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, coordinating stock and operational matters, analysing outlet performance and supporting the management team in improving retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations of retail outlets and ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Area Managers, Store Managers and outlet teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding operational matters and ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeline.
• Monitor outlet opening/closing procedures, duty rosters, attendance, punctuality and other operational requirements.
• Conduct regular operational checks and identify gaps, risks and areas for improvement.
• Review CCTV footage when required to investigate operational irregularities, customer complaints, suspected misconduct or potential fraud.
• Monitor system-related operational issues such as incorrect salesman codes, bank codes, data entry errors and other transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare and consolidate outlet operational and sales-related reports for management review.
• Monitor outlet KPIs, sales performance and operational compliance
• Identify unusual transactions or operational discrepancies and escalate potential fraud or compliance issues to management.
• Ensure retail records and supporting documents are properly maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably with multi-outlet retail operations.
• Experience in retail or other multi-branch businesses will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, outlet procedures, inventory and sales processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work with operational data and reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
