Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support for recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding and employee orientation.
Assist in managing internship programmes, including candidate sourcing, documentation and coordination with schools or training institutes.
Maintain employee files, HRIS records and documentation relating to transfers, promotions, confirmations, resignations and offboarding.
Administer employee leave and attendance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Support foreign workforce administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, expiry tracking, quota monitoring and levy-related matters.
Assist with migrant worker accommodation and dormitory administration in line with applicable MOM requirements.
Compile payroll information, including overtime, attendance, leave and allowances, and support government-paid leave claims and NS make-up pay submissions.
Prepare HR reports and assist with required statutory surveys and documentation.
Coordinate staff training, course applications, certification renewals and training records.
Assist with employee benefits administration, insurance matters, health screenings and wellness claims.
Respond to general HR enquiries and support the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Provide office administration and reception support, including document filing, procurement, visitor assistance and telephone handling.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government agencies and external vendors on HR-related matters.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
