WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT)
Basic Salary: RM2,300

Working Schedule:

• 5 working days per week.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Shift schedules may include weekends and public holidays.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian candidates only.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain good customer service standards.
