skills and experience required

• Senior Level: Min 2-4 years of proven experience developing and deploying software and AI solutions.
• Lead Level: Min 7 years of hands-on experience, with 2-3 years in a senior or technical lead capacity supervising other engineers.
• Professional background in building complex, high-traffic software and managing technical delivery
• Professional background in building and deploying complex software at scale, with experience managing technical project delivery.
• Strong full-stack development skills using modern programming languages and secure data management practices.
• Expertise in developing frameworks for large-scale information retrieval and automated reasoning systems.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-grade security standards and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Academic credentials in a quantitative or technical discipline, with a focus on advanced computing or intelligent systems.
