Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overal implement and completion of construction projects within scheduled time and cost.
Meet client quality requirement and comply with relevant government regulation
Liaise and communicate closely with client representative and consultants
Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure work deliver on schedule
To lead, manage, monitor and motivate Project Team
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by PE Board
Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
