Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead the M&E coordination team, including M&E coordinators and BIM modellers.
Coordinate M&E drawings and works with consultants and subcontractors, and solve technical issues.
Keep track of M&E submissions, drawing approvals and project documents.
Make sure M&E works are carried out according to the specifications and drawings.
Monitor site progress and make sure subcontractor works stay on schedule.
Join technical and site meetings, and keep the project team updated on any issues.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate, or equivalent.
6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
Must have experience in substation projects.
Good communication and leadership skills to work with consultants, coordinators and subcontractors.
Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
