Full Time CLINIC ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in FORMEDIKA HEALTHCARE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during medical consultations and minor procedures.
• Register patients and manage patient appointments.
• Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as measuring blood pressure, body temperature, height, weight, and other vital signs.
• Assist with laboratory tests and sample collection when required.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Handle medication preparation and dispensing under the supervision of the doctor.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
• Manage payments, billing, and daily cash transactions.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Age between 19 and 30 years old.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
