Responsibilities
We're looking for a warm, organised Studio Executive on a 12-month contract to join our fun, friendly fitness community. You'll run day-to-day operations across our two boutique studios, handle Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries, convert trial customers and cover the front desk at Raffles Place. The role pays S$2,700–3,000 with a performance-based completion bonus and a chance to become our permanent Studio Lead with salary >$3,200.
What you'll do
Customer experience and conversion
Handle customer enquiries on emails, Instagram and WhatsApp Business throughout the day
Follow up with trial and ClassPass customers and convert them into members
Re-engage members who have gone quiet (via automation or AI built dashboard)
Welcome and check in clients at the Raffles Place front desk on selected shifts
Studio operations (both studios)
Manage class scheduling and support instructor timetables
Track and restock amenities, consumables and merchandise for Raffles Place and Serangoon Gardens
Manage inventory, stock counts and purchasing costs
Handle and resolve operational issues at both studios (if any)
Plan your own occasional visits to Serangoon Gardens for stock and operations
Meet the founder (online or in person) weekly to review numbers and processes
Basic bookkeeping (keeping track of receipts, invoices only) - we have accounting service.
Take on ad hoc duties within reason for the role
Front desk schedule (Raffles Place only)
Weekday lunchtime, 12pm to 2pm (Mon to Fri)
3 x evenings a week, 5pm to 8pm
Saturday, 9:30am to 1:30pm
Who we're looking for
Experience in customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality or studio operations
A love for fitness and looking after people
Independent, organised and proactive, able to plan your own time across two studios
A friendly, clear communicator on chat and in person
Comfortable with spreadsheets and booking systems (Vibefam is a plus)
What you get
S$2,700 to S$3,000 a month, depending on experience

completion bonus
at the end of the 12-month contract, at the company's discretion and individual performance
Staff discount of 50% on our Sculpt Teacher Training
after completing at least 6 months of your contract
A chance to be promoted to
permanent Studio Lead
after completing the contract, with a salary of S$3,200 to S$3,800 depending on performance
CPF, 10 days paid annual leave, upto 14 days paid outpatient medical leave (with proof).
Complimentary classes at both studios
Founder mentorship and real room to grow to bigger role as we expand our brand and outreach
Location:
Raffles Place (15 Philip Street), with occasional trips to Serangoon Gardens
Contract:
12 months, starting Dec 2026 or Jan 2027, training will be provided directly by founder.
