Role Description

This is a full-time, Singapore-based financial advisory role designed particularly for existing producers and financial services professionals who are looking for their next stage of growth.

You will continue to build and manage your client portfolio while gaining access to an environment focused on performance, professional development, collaboration, and long-term business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting clients and prospects to understand their financial priorities, needs, and goals.
• Reviewing existing portfolios and identifying potential gaps or areas for improvement.
• Presenting suitable financial solutions and strategies based on individual client circumstances.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships founded on trust and responsible advice.
• Developing new client opportunities and strengthening your personal business pipeline.
• Setting, tracking, and working towards individual production and business-development goals.
• Participating in training, coaching, business-development initiatives, and professional development programmes.
• Collaborating with peers and leaders to exchange ideas, strategies, and best practices.
• Keeping up to date with relevant industry, market, regulatory, and product developments.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and upholding AAG’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial advisory, insurance, or related financial services is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working towards performance and production goals.
• Resilient, adaptable, self-motivated, and receptive to coaching and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities when assessing client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines are beneficial.
• Relevant regulatory qualifications, including applicable CMFAS modules, are advantageous.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to be based on-site.
