Full Time Coffee Shop Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in San Francisco Coffee Selangor - Maukerja

- Minimum requirement is SPM.

- Have experienced at least 1 year in coffee chain industry.

-Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.

- Assist and report to Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager on outlet operation matters.

- Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process according SOP.

- Assure the opening and closing process is smooth and according to SOP.

- Assure the cashier operation process is smooth and according to SOP.

- Assure the marketing promotion implement correctly in outlet.

- To monitor and assure daily cashflow of outlet is accurate and healthy.

- Count and verify daily sales at the end of the day and proceed to bank-in according to SOP.

- Assure the stock ordering and receiving is correct and in good condition.

- To train, guide and supervise barista task and develop them to be the best barista in the outlet, and able to monitor their work progress effectively.

- Identify business opportunities to maximize sales.

- Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping.

- Provides the best and quality service and to drive the team to practice the same.

- Assist Outlet Manager on paperwork and reporting process.
