Full Time Site Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in MLDC Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. 

Minimum 5 years of site management experience, including at least one completed high-rise residential project cycle in a Site Manager or equivalent role. 

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, safety regulations, and quality management systems. 

Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on active construction sites. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software for planning, reporting, and progress monitoring. 

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. 

Oversee and manage the overall construction progress of residential building projects, including Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), and M&E works, to ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, quality, and safety requirements. 

Plan, organize, and coordinate daily site operations, including workforce allocation, supervisor briefings, task assignments, and monitoring of work progress, productivity, and material usage. 

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, effective resource utilization, and timely completion of project milestones. 

Review and ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements. 

Monitor site housekeeping, access control, safety compliance, and conduct toolbox meetings to maintain a safe and organized working environment. 

Act as the key point of contact for resolving site issues, coordinating material requirements with the Site QS, and ensuring timely decision-making to prevent project delays.
