Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings in compliance with Singapore’s regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate designs and resolve clashes across disciplines.
Extract quantities and prepare documentation to support cost estimation, tender, and work-done claims.
Manage materials submission, purchasing, and project administration tasks efficiently.
Perform quality checks and provide BIM support or training to ensure accuracy and smooth project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Possess a higher nitec/ diploma in any engineering field
Candidate with 1 year experience in drafter role will be advantageous
Entry Level is welcomed; Knowledgeable in Revit OR Navisworks OR AutoCAD will be advantageous
