Comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English with students, universities and partner teams.

Well-organised and detail-oriented, with a good eye for the small details.

Good at following up, keeping track of tasks and getting things done on time.

Able to manage multiple student applications, deadlines and updates without getting overwhelmed.

Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of your work.

Comfortable working on-site in Bandar Sunway and travelling when required.

Handle and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Check documents, application details and requirements to ensure all information is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep processes moving smoothly.

Follow up on pending tasks and make sure nothing is missed or left incomplete.

Maintain and update records, documents and application information in an organised and timely manner.

Support the team with other administrative and operational duties whenever required.
