Minimum of a certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, Machining Technology).

1-2 years of proven experience as a Tool Maker

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues effectively.

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.

Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges according to blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings.

Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines, to produce high-quality tooling components.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance, die repair, and machine operation, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, and ensuring proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
