Full Time Senior SEO Specialist Jobs, in BWG Markets Career Federal Territory - Maukerja

Note: We require candidates to have CFD industry experience, preferably with an existing portfolio. Candidates with no brokerage exposure may not be prioritized.

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic search performance across multiple markets, strengthen brand visibility, and lead our strategy across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, and content strategy.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonical tags, hreflang, JavaScript rendering, *************, XML sitemaps, and other technical factors affecting organic search performance.
• Optimise website content and landing pages to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies to strengthen brand visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms.
• Optimise content structure, semantic relevance, and structured data to improve the likelihood of the company’s brand, products, and content being referenced or cited by AI platforms, search engines, and relevant third-party websites.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition, digital outreach, brand mention management, and authority building to strengthen the website’s backlink profile and domain authority.
• Analyse conversational and long-tail search behaviour, monitor emerging AI-search trends, and leverage AI tools and visibility measurement platforms to support content planning and improve search performance.
• Monitor SEO performance and KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies while collaborating with Content, Development, Design, and Marketing teams to support international SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, trading, or other competitive digital industries.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Understanding of international SEO, structured data, and technical website optimisation.
• Familiarity with GEO, AEO, and emerging AI search trends.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated CFD industries.
• Experience managing SEO across multiple countries or languages.
