Company is seeking a dynamic Business Leader – SEA to spearhead our growth across 

Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives on 

building markets, forging partnerships, and driving commercial success in the biopharma industry. 

What You’ll Do 

∙Shape Strategy: Define and execute the commercial roadmap for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Taiwan. 

∙Drive Growth: Expand market presence through distributors and strategic channel partnerships. 

∙Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Align sales, marketing, applications, and supply chain to deliver seamless customer support. 

∙Own Financials: Manage budgets, revenue targets, and resource allocation for the region. 

∙Build Relationships: Engage directly with key customers and strengthen ties with regional KOLs. 

∙Develop the dealer network:  Build a network of dealers across the regions and neighbouring countries. 

What We’re Looking For 

∙Education: Master’s in Life Sciences; MBA preferred. 

∙Experience: 10+ years in commercial leadership within biopharma, with deep SEA market 

knowledge. 

∙Network: Established relationships with regional biopharma KOLs. 

∙Skills: Proven ability in customer relationship management and distributor leadership.
