Full Time Paid Media Manager - Search (Junior or Mid) Jobs, in Persuasion Technologies By Incubeta Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Build Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns from briefs to naming, tracking and structure standards; self-check before every handover.
• Manage budgets, bids, keywords and search terms daily; act or escalate early when delivery drifts. (Junior: Pod Lead signs off any budget or major account change before it goes live.)
• Keep Google Merchant Center feeds, conversion tracking and GA4 healthy; flag issues to Pod Lead. (Mid level)
• Set up automated rules and run health checks after every launch and promotion.
• Run ad copy, bidding and landing page tests on the company framework and share learnings with your pod and wider team. (Mid level)
• Pull performance data, explain what moved and why, and support weekly and monthly reporting.
• Know each client's business and competitors and keep up with new platform features.
• Use automation and AI tools (Google Ads Editor, scripts, copy workflows or similar) and suggest where manual work can be automated.
• Platforms & Tools: Core Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen). A plus: Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360. Tools: Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, Looker Studio.
• Experience: Junior: 1 to 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience. Mid: 2 to 4 years running Search accounts end to end.
• Nice to have: Social experience (Meta or TikTok), retail or ecommerce experience, Google Ads Search or Shopping certifications.
• Skills & Attributes: commercial curiosity; analytical and data-driven; organised and steady under pressure; proactive with ownership; collaborative and open to feedback.

Incubeta's APAC Media KL Delivery Hub is hiring a Paid Media Manager - Search (Junior or Mid) to build, run and optimise paid search campaigns for Australian and APAC brands. The role is hands-on, part of a small pod led by a Senior Pod Lead, focused on Google Ads and performance-driven outcomes, based in Kuala Lumpur with mostly remote working.
