Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in SF GLOBAL EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Team Leadership & Operations

• Supervise & Coordinate: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and a safe working environment.
• Inbound Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and systematic storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Outbound Management: Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resource Planning: Manage shift schedules and labor allocation to meet fluctuating operational demands.

Customer & SLA Management

• SLA Compliance: Monitor and manage daily throughput to ensure all warehouse activities align with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, ensuring customer requirements and special handling instructions are executed precisely.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent SLA breaches.

Quality & Compliance

• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain high inventory integrity.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) and housekeeping standards.
• Reporting: Generate daily/weekly performance reports regarding productivity, accuracy, and SLA status for management review.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
