Role Description

Recruitment is a sales role that combineswinning business, managing client accounts and delivering recruitmentassignments. With training and support, you will learn to:

• Identify prospective clients through market research, outreach, referrals and professional networking.
• Contact and meet hiring managers to understand their businesses, build relationships and discuss recruitment needs.
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts by presenting relevant recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment assignments from client briefing and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation and placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks through direct sourcing, advertising, referrals and ongoing engagement.
• Interview candidates and assess their skills, experience and career interests against job-related requirements.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, feedback and selection activities.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate recruitment fees and service terms within company guidelines.
• Develop specialist market knowledge and share relevant insights with clients and candidates.
• Take ownership of agreed sales objectives, organise your activities and use feedback to improve your approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations on referrals and recruitment delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and handle client and candidate information confidentially.
• Uphold fair recruitment practices, professional integrity and respectful communication.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who candemonstrate:
