Salary: $12/hour
Working Hours: 10:45 AM – 9:15 PM
Commitment: Minimum 3–5 shifts per event
Employment Type: Part-Time / Temporary
️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Answer customer enquiries and assist with purchases.
Handle cashiering duties and process payments accurately.
Assist with daily retail booth operations.
Set up the retail cart before opening and cover it with a black cloth after closing.
Replenish stock and keep merchandise neatly arranged.
Handle and move cartons of merchandise when required.
Keep the retail cart and surrounding area clean and tidy.
Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, polite, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers.
Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
Able to commit to confirmed shifts and report to work on time.
Proactive, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Physically fit to handle cartons and assist with stock movement when required.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous retail, event, or customer service experience is an advantage.
No experience required — training and guidance will be provided!
