About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Search Consultant to lead confidential searches for mid-management to C-suite roles and to act as a trusted adviser to senior clients.

What You Will Do

• Partner with CEOs, business heads and HR leaders to understand their strategy, organisational context and leadership needs
• Own the full search cycle, from briefing and talent mapping to shortlist, offer and onboarding support
• Conduct confidential searches for C-level, senior and critical roles
• Build trust with candidates and provide professional career advice
• Advise clients on market insights, talent availability and compensation trends
• Grow and deepen your own client portfolio through business development and referrals
• Share your knowledge by coaching and guiding more junior consultants

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years in executive search, headhunting or senior-level recruitment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to build and sustain senior client relationships
• Strong consultative, influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sound judgement, discretion and integrity with confidential information
• A self-driven, resilient approach in a target-based environment
• Previous experience mentoring or leading others is an advantage, though not required
