Responsibilities
Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all patient information is updated and maintained.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments for dental clinics.
Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
Attend to patients’ enquiries and provide professional customer service and support.
Perform general administrative duties, including documentation, record maintenance, and clinic coordination.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
GCE ‘N’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare environment will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
Willing to learn and support clinical and operational functions as required.
