Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will lead new device introduction and project coordination efforts, ensuring successful pilot outcomes and seamless communication across teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform tape-out and tooling operations on customer design databases to achieve first pilot success in new device introduction
• Coordinate projects by managing customer interfaces and facilitating cross-department communication to ensure smooth collaboration
• Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and customer visits with professional presentation and logistics management to support project goals
• Document project progress, summarize meeting minutes, and provide clear recaps of key points for management review
• Apply precision, resilience, and purpose to deliver impactful and transformative work in a collaborative, technology-driven environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in semiconductor fabrication with a background in process integration engineering
• Knowledge of wafer process flow, semiconductor device physics, and wafer foundry service flow
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills demonstrated in semiconductor or related projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organizational ability, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure
