Responsibilities

·      Facilitate the handover and takeover of units to/fromtenants and purchasers, including unlocking and locking vacant units duringmarketing viewings.

·       Conduct regularinspections of building facilities and common areas to identify defects

·       Investigate building defect, carry out minor buildingrepairs and maintenance works, including electrical, plumbing and sanitary,doors and windows, plastering and painting.

·      Maintain and update inventory records of buildingmaterials, tools, equipment and spare parts.

·      Supervise and monitor contractors carrying out routine, preventive and ad hoc maintenance, repair and renovation works.

·      Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely, properly and in accordance with established procedures.

·      Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager or Department Head.

Requirements

·      Candidate must possess a NITEC or Diplomain Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facilities management or equivalent.

·      Minimum 1-2 years of experience infacility/building maintenance.

·       Hands-on experience inminor repair and maintenance works.

·       Able to workindependently and coordinate effectively with contractors, tenants and otherstakeholders.

·       Possess basic computerliteracy and the ability to operate Building Automation Systems (BAS).

·       Able to perform ad-hoc shift duties as and when required including weekends and public holidays.
