Full Time Site Manager(Electrical) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Benefits：

• 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month

• 2% medical pay per month

• 5.5 working days

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project specifications

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades to resolve site issues

• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and project schedules

• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required

• Prepare site progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry

• Experience working with an electrical subcontractor is preferred

• Able to read and understand electrical drawings

• Good site coordination, manpower management and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively
