Job Summary
Join Blue House as a Principal to lead educators in delivering a high-quality early childhood programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Drive pedagogical excellence, foster collaboration with families, and support children’s holistic learning in a diverse community.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire educators to implement the Reggio Emilia approach, enhancing pedagogical practices and curriculum development
Facilitate intentional observation, documentation, and reflection to communicate children’s learning effectively through verbal and written means
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents to support children’s learning and wellbeing
Advocate for children’s rights to a holistic and integrated learning experience
Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth centre operations
Utilize Google Suite tools to coordinate communication and documentation within the team
Adapt leadership and problem-solving approaches to meet the needs of a diverse international community
Foster a creative and flexible environment that encourages innovative thinking and continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
3 to 5 years of leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership
Proficiency in spoken and written English
