KYC Specialist – HNW & Complex Structures (Contract)

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for an experienced KYC professional to join its insurance business on a contract basis. You’ll be the go-to expert for high-net-worth and complex-structure clients, covering trusts, private investment companies and operating businesses.

What you’ll do

• Own onboarding, periodic and trigger-event reviews for individuals, trusts, PICs and operating companies
• Corroborate Source of Wealth and Source of Funds for insurance applicants in line with internal procedures
• Act as SME on management reviews of HNW and complex-structure cases
• Drive periodic reviews and remediation exercises, track client responses and keep timelines on course
• Produce regular MI on review progress and best practice
• Maintain CDD/KYC procedure manuals and support new process rollouts
• Respond to and close out findings from internal audit, external audit and regulators

What you’ll bring

• Solid hands-on KYC/CDD experience across individuals, trusts, PICs and corporates, ideally with HNW or private wealth clients
• Confidence working through SOW/SOF corroboration on complex structures
• Strong data skills: extracting data, building MI, investigating and resolving compliance anomalies
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable working across cultures and with senior stakeholders
• Well organised, methodical and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience handling audit or regulatory reviews is a strong plus
