Salary & Benefits:
Retail Assistant (Islandwide)
Basic Salary: $2,300/month
Monthly Commission: $500 - $1,000
AWS (13th Month Bonus)
Senior Retail Assistant (Vivo City Only) - Luxury Retail Experience Required
Basic Salary: $3,000 – $3,300/month
Monthly Commission: $500 - $1,000
AWS (13th Month Bonus)
Working Hours
5-day work week | 44 hours per week
Rotating shifts:
Full: 11 AM – 10 PM (2-hour break)
Opening: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
Closing: 12 PM – 11 PM
️ Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and personalised product recommendations
- Assist customers with eyewear selection based on their needs and preferences
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and sales-driven personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Senior Retail Assistant: Prior luxury retail experience required, with strong sales and customer service skills
