Full Time Pastry Sous Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Nude KL Federal Territory - Maukerja

Core Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations & Production: Oversee and personally assist in the daily preparation of pastries, plated desserts, gâteaux, tortes, breads, yeast-raised items, and afternoon tea spreads.
• Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and schedule the pastry and bakery team, delegating tasks and conducting hands-on training for new and existing staff.
• Quality & Presentation Standards: Ensure all items adhere to established recipes, visual presentation guidelines, and brand standards.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with ingredient ordering, stock rotation, physical inventory counts, menu costing, and waste minimization.
• Menu & R&D Support: Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop seasonal menus, special event offerings, and signature plated creations.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, local health codes, kitchen hygiene, and equipment safety protocols.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
