Full Time ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in CIM Food Industries Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Process supplier invoices, purchase invoices and payment vouchers.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
• Issue sales invoices, rental invoices and credit notes where applicable.
• Key in Delivery Orders (DO) into the accounting system.
• Assist with monthly account closing and general ledger entries.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and payment records.
• Assist with e-Invoice submissions and other accounting-related matters.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, prepare official letters and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Assist with Halal and MeSTI certification, documentation, renewals and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting principles.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
• Have knowledge or experience in SST is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
