Sales Director Southeast Asia

Location: Singapore

Package: SGD 120–140k base salary + 20% target bonus (up to 40% for overachievement) + car allowance or company car

We are partnering with an established international automation business to appoint a Sales Director for Southeast Asia.

Based in Singapore, you will lead regional growth, strengthen distributor partnerships and develop the commercial team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a proactive approach to winning new business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional strategy to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead and strengthen the distributor and partner network across Southeast Asia.
• Improve partner performance through engagement, training, incentives and clear commercial targets.
• Lead, coach and develop team members across Singapore and the wider region.
• Take an active role in identifying opportunities, winning new customers and developing key accounts.
• Identify new markets and applications for the company’s industrial technology portfolio.

About you

• Proven commercial leadership experience in automation or a related technical sector.
• A strong track record of managing distributor-led sales across Southeast Asia.
• A proactive “hunter” mentality, with the ability to translate strategy into hands-on commercial execution.
• Experience leading teams and improving channel partner performance.
• A strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets, business cultures and routes to market.
• Currently based in Singapore; relocation is not available for this appointment.
