The Job

Principal Responsibilities

Strategic Business Management, Execution, Risk and Controls

• Drive or coordinate workstream deliverables as part of a wider project delivery, track progress and work with stakeholders for completion of action plans.
• Assist in various business and impact analysis work related to Customer, Regulatory, Operational, Finance, or Technology workstreams.
• Drive the delivery of Front Office initiatives, reviews and remediation, producing MI to track progress and provide overview to senior management.
• Support platform BAU activities, including Third Party/Outsourcing Management, Process Simplification work, Business Continuity Management, Change delivery, and AI initiatives.
• Partner closely with Front, Middle and Back Office, SMEs and risk stewards to resolve issues across the Private Bank platform.
• Maintain oversight of Platform Management risk issues and ensure adherence to applicable L1 and L2 controls, including working with relevant risk stewards and business risk colleagues to design and implement appropriate controls for existing processes and new/changed workflows.
• Embed global/regional/local Private Bank policies and evolving compliance/control standards into processes, ensuring ongoing regulatory and internal policy compliance and driving remediation for emerging risks/control gaps.

The Talent

• 7+ years' relevant experience in private banking.
• Strong knowledge of private banking practices, policies, processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Self-starter able to make balanced, independent decisions and perform well under pressure.
• Flexible, positive mindset; comfortable taking on a broad range of tasks in ambiguous role definitions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to influence and drive outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, presentation, and financial/statistical analysis skills, with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability (large-scale/regional project experience an advantage).
