Responsibilities
Job Description
Technical Drawing & Modeling:
Prepare detailed civil and structural engineering drawings, site plans, and infrastructure schematics using AUTODESK software.
Design Coordination:
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams to reconcile design conflicts and integrate multi-disciplinary service drawings.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all plans meet local building codes, statutory guidelines, and safety regulations.
Site Support & Documentation:
Assist in preparing submission documents for authorities, estimate material quantities, and interpret technical specifications for construction crews.
As-Built & Shop Drawings:
Update master drawings to reflect site modifications and produce shop drawings for construction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Engineering Drafting.
Software Proficiency:
Strong hands-on experience with
AutoCAD
,
Revit
, OR modeling tools.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of civil/structural construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
