Requirements
Efficiency in restocking and maintaining bar inventory.
Cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ability to support bartenders effectively during peak hours.
Adherence to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Restock bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes, to ensure uninterrupted service.
Maintain cleanliness by wiping down counters, washing glassware, and disposing of trash as needed.
Prepare garnishes and refill ice bins to support bartenders during service.
Assist in receiving and organizing bar deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Support bartenders by retrieving supplies, handling minor customer requests, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
Monitor kegs, syrups, and carbonated beverage dispensers to prevent shortages.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in bar opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are properly cleaned and stocked.
Possess basic Nobu food knowledge to be able to cater diner in the bar.
Assist the Bartender & Bar Captain for monthly inventory stocktake.
