Job Overview:

As a member of the Service Crew, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-tier hospitality. Your role includes maintaining the highest standards of service, creating meaningful guest interactions, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and presentable demeanor.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Malaysian candidates are preferred.

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.

• Present menu items, provide recommendations, and answer questions professionally.

• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely service.

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Uphold company service standards, grooming policies, and hygiene practices.

• Participate in team briefings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve and handle alcoholic beverages responsibly as part of your role.
