The Opportunity

• My Client, a reputable US MNC and global leader in the Semiconductor sector, to hire a Business Analyst to support an ERP transformation programme. The role will act as support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations within a global organisation. analysis, and issue resolution.
• Office hours: Monday - Friday
• Salary - Up to $9,000 (Depending on experience)
• 1 year contract (Can Renew/Convert subjected to performance)
• Location: Central

The Talent:

• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years of SAP, ERP, or transformation project experience.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, testing, and defect management.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job Description

• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and business process transformation activities.
• Execute UAT testing, defect tracking, and process validation.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and project stakeholders across functions.
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
