Responsibilities
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Coordinate and Supervise project work on various sites
Manage project schedule efficiently
Review M&E drawings and follow up on drawing discrepancies
Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
Liaise closely with clients, consultants and suppliers on all project-related matters
Requirements:
Possess a relevant electrical qualification/certification such as PW2/PW4, or a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with clients, consultants and suppliers and to handle project documentation.
Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
Able to manage multiple project tasks and meet project deadlines.
