Responsibilities
Air Export Operations
Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking to final departure.
Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists and applicable export permits.
Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers, customers and overseas offices.
Monitor shipment status and departure schedules to meet customer requirements.
Resolve shipment irregularities and provide timely status updates.
Customer Service
Respond to enquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation and cargo status.
Monitor customer requirements and KPIs to maintain service standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by the supervisor.
