The Role
You'll be the central point of contact for business continuity across businesses, functions, and geographies:

• Overseeing end-to-end BCM adoption across multiple regions
• Reviewing and evaluating BIAs and BCPs at group process level
• Embedding BCM principles into day-to-day operations through targeted stakeholder engagement
• Monitoring key metrics, including recovery time objectives and compliance levels
• Supporting tooling implementation and leading user acceptance testing
• Identifying, escalating, and tracking remediation of resilience-related risks
• Designing and delivering training programmes to strengthen organisational capability

What We're Looking For
A confident resilience professional who combines technical depth with the ability to influence at all levels:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in BCM or Operational Resilience within a large financial institution
• Proven hands-on experience with BIA and BCP processes (essential)
• Professional business continuity certification (BCI, DRI or equivalent)
• Degree in a relevant discipline
• Comfortable navigating complex, matrix, global environments
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
