Job Description
Responsibilities
Zero experience? Even better. We'd rather teach you the right way than untrain the wrong one. Curiosity beats a polished CV here, every time.
We're the shortcut brands take when they want market share faster than their competitors can react.
We help established brands win through face-to-face sales and marketing — representing real products to real people — while building our team's skills and careers at the same time. Move fast. Learn faster. Become someone brands fight to keep.
Bring the hustle We'll hand you the playbook Simple trade.
What You'll Be Doing:
Spot & Approach
Find the right people to talk to — customers, decision-makers, business owners — and get comfortable starting the conversation.
Pitch & Close
Understand what someone actually needs, recommend the right solution, and get them to say yes.
Stack Skills
Build real, transferable ability in sales, negotiation, and leading people — skills that outlast this one job.
Who We're Looking For:
Do you rewatch the same three shows because deciding on something new feels like effort?
Have you ever talked a stranger into trying something they were originally unsure about?
Can you hold a conversation with someone twice your age without going quiet?
If even one of those sounds like you, you've probably got more of what this needs than you think.
We're not hiring the finished product. We're hiring the person who'll ask the dumb question instead of pretending to know.
Whether you're counting down to ORD, deciding what's next after grad, or just tired of refreshing job boards — skip the cover letter. Hit apply and let's talk.
