Reports To: IT Manager

Job Summary: The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining IT systems, networks, and hardware, providing technical support to users, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain IT systems and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage databases and perform system month-end/year-end updates.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware repairs, and software licensing compliance.
• Configure and support telephone systems, including DECT and desk phones.
• Provide end-user technical support, training, and assistance with IT projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and database maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
