Requirements

1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, Film, Digital Media or a related field is an advantage.
2) Experience in content creation, videography, video editing or a similar role will be an advantage.
3) Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.
4) Good understanding of short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a Content Creator / Videographer to create engaging visual content for education-related activities, campaigns and client engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content at tuition centres, external events, school roadshows, education fairs and corporate engagements.

This role is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys being on the move, working in different environments and transforming real-life activities into engaging short-form and corporate video content.

Key Responsibilities

1) Accompany the Manager to external client appointments, school roadshows, corporate briefings, and education fairs to document proceedings, record client/parent interactions, and produce behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage.
2) Direct and record daily footage at the tuition center, including classroom sessions, student study tips, tutor highlights, and parent testimonials.
3) Edit fast-paced vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and corporate recap videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve with engaging captions, motion graphics, and audio sync.
4) Conceptualize fresh hooks, trending formats, and simple presentation decks/storyboards for campaigns, school engagement talks, and student enrollment drives.
5) Undertake overtime (OT) assignments for evening briefings, weekend seminars, or high-profile client engagement events.
