Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting agreements, letters and other legal documents.
• Proof-reading legal documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Conducting legal research and preparing findings summaries.
• Assisting lawyers on legal matters and supporting transactions.
• Providing general administrative and legal support.
• Maintaining and organising physical and electronic files and documents.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
