Full Time Assistant Director of Sales - Food - Beverage Jobs, in Sunway Resort Hotel Selangor - Maukerja

Drive revenue growth and strengthen the market presence of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and dining venues. This role focuses on securing corporate and social business, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering commercial initiatives that increase guest traffic and maximize F&B revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve F&B revenue and event sales targets.
• Generate corporate accounts, private dining, celebrations, group bookings, and special events.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, event planners, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue driving partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on campaigns, events, and outlet activations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or luxury F&B operations.
• Proven success in revenue generation and business development.
• Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities.
