About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and strategic professional to lead digital transformation initiatives across the leasing business. This role will focus on identifying business challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable transformation projects, and building compelling business cases to secure investment and funding.

The role requires strong business analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
A strong understanding of AI or advanced technical expertise is not required. The priority is the ability to identify where technology can improve business performance, justify the investment, gain stakeholder buy-in, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Identify and quantify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of investment proposals to senior management and relevant governance committees to obtain project sponsorship, budget approval, and funding.
- Work with Finance, business stakeholders, and technology teams to validate assumptions, refine investment proposals, and establish appropriate funding requirements.
- Track approved investments against projected benefits and ensure initiatives deliver the intended business value.
3. Business Analysis & Solution Definition
- Conduct business analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process assessments to understand business requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, business process designs, and solution specifications for Digital Technology teams and external vendors.
